When tissues fail

I've been sick the past few days. Finding it difficult to keep the nose from running and stuffing up. Tissues have failed me... led to rock hard stuffing or rivers of mucus... tissues can't remove the cement dam in my head, they're useless unless one can get air out the nose...

There has got to be another solution...
